I'm Saptarshi, a Customer Success leader based in Bangalore. Currently heading CS at BambooBox — a MarTech startup — where I own everything from onboarding and implementation to renewals and expansion, managing a team of 5 across CS and Implementation.

With 5+ years across SaaS, AgriTech, and MarTech, I've built CS functions from scratch, fixed broken ones, and helped founders understand why post-sales is your actual growth engine. I've been featured in 4 publications for my revenue-first take on Customer Success.
